At Pro Container Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that in rare circumstances, you may need to request a return or refund. Please read our return and refund policy below for more details:
Returns
Damaged or Defective Containers: If your container arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to assess the damage and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or repair. We may request photos or documentation to process your claim.
Return Requests: Since containers are typically custom-made or modified for specific needs, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described in the sales agreement.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be considered if the container arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, and you’ve reported the issue within 24 hours of receiving the container. We will issue a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.
Processing Time: Once a return claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Fees: If a return is necessary due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you choose to return a container for reasons other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. We encourage customers to carefully review their purchase decision, including size, condition, and customization details, before finalizing the order.
