Shipping Areas
We offer shipping to locations across the United States, Canada, and throughout Central America. With multiple hubs and a large distribution network, we can deliver containers to nearly any location within our service regions. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact our team for confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (Free): Most orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and container availability.
Expedited Delivery ($60 Extra): For urgent deliveries, expedited shipping is available for an additional $60. Please reach out to our team for availability and to confirm your expedited shipping timeline.
Delivery Fees
Standard Delivery: Free shipping on all standard deliveries within the continental USA, Canada, and Central America.
Expedited Delivery: For quicker delivery, an additional fee of $60 applies. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping to confirm pricing and timing.
Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery time. Upon arrival, the container will be placed in the desired spot (as long as it is accessible for our delivery trucks). If you need assistance with unloading or positioning, please let us know in advance, and we can provide optional services.
Damages & Inspection
We take great care to ensure that all containers are in good condition upon delivery. Upon arrival, please inspect the container for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage during the unloading process, notify the delivery driver immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours to file a claim. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly.
International Shipping
For international deliveries outside North America, additional shipping methods such as ocean freight or air cargo may be required. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for personalized quotes and delivery timelines.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will provide tracking details so you can follow the status of your shipment. If you have questions or concerns regarding your delivery, our customer support team is always available to assist.
